My sister is now a free woman. She has broken up with her husband. Their relationship is so complicated and only I know the whole truth. My sister has known about her husband’s flirting ways with another girl for about two weeks. And I’ve known about her husband’s activities for about a year now but I didn’t tell her. She got the information on her own. Is it wrong on my part that I didn’t tell my sister about this? I would have if she has no adulterous acts of her own. This is the reason why I didn’t tell my sister. I can’t bear the thought of my sister playing innocent or playing the part of the aggrieved party. Besides, I pity their kids so much and I’m only thinking of the children’s sake. This is what you get when you know everything. If you’re the holder of the truth.

I love summer. But I hate it, too. Especially now that I’m feeling a bit dehydrated and my urine comes in trickles, what’s to love? It’s too much heat for one planet. I guess Global Warming is true. Anyway, I’m just ranting here and after waiting for a week if my sister would treat us to lunch or dinner for her daughter’s birthday last week, I’m now fuming with anger. C’mon, I treat everyone of my family (meaning sister, brother, and their kids and maids) when it’s my birthday and my kids’, even though they even forgot to greet during my last birthday. Is it too much to ask if I expect to get an invite to anything? Even just coffee. Even my brother is the same way but he’s been that way since we were kids so I already got used to it. But from my sister, who used to borrow my clothes, shoes and bags and has now shifted to borrowing my pieces of jewelry, I expect more. So I’m feeling shit towards her now. And would you believe she doesn’t answer my calls lately. Not a return call from her after I’ve tried to reach her several times this week. F*$k!!!!

So, she didn’t go home because she was so wasted to even drive. What was she even thinking? I really hate her sometimes. I mean, she has kids and two of them still need her guidance. Now, what about the husband? What husband? He has no say. He is what we call “under d saya”. And this is just between you and me. I think he has another woman, too.
Anyway, I haven’t started to eat less. In fact, it has been the other way around this week. Lately, I have to have second serving of rice at every meal. I’ve got to stop this really.

I’ve been busy. And have given up on South Beach. And ate everything I wanted especially pasta and pizza. Now I’m feeling bad again. And unattractive. But at least, there’s good news. I’ve made up with my sister. No, I didn’t make the first move. She did. Actually, she has been sending me stuff over at facebook and it was becoming truly pathetic. So, I texted her the other day.
