Ok, so I’m on my third day and I’ve been convincing myself that a little bit of this and that is alright than a whole bunch of this and that. So I took a few bites of Clover Chips which I shared with my kid, half of the mini-size Mars choco again and fries. I think my glycemic index (whatever that is) won’t rise to a level that would jeopardize this diet. Well, I’m hoping not. Because I really need to lose weight. I feel so ugly everytime I look in the mirror. I see a middle-aged, haggard-looking fat miserable person. I’m sticking to this but I might change my south beach delivery outlet/chef. I noticed they’ve been slack with their packaging. I mean, the soup spills. The serving is not what it used to and the food does not taste good anymore. To think they’re expensive compared to the one I recently found. I will take pics tomorrow so you’d be able to see the serving.

Dinner: Sweet & Sour Fillet of Snapper w/ Vegetables
