So, how come I’m on this? Well, sad to say, I’ve eaten everything there was to eat in the past year and it’s showing and glowing in all directions. My fat, I mean. Like, somebody’s going to tap me sooner than later and tell me that I have fat dripping on my back side. Not good. Not good at all.
How was the first of this freakin’ diet? Oh gawd, it was torture. I had to find every snack that was allowed in the diet and nibble on them the whole day or else, I would drive through Krispy Kreme and purchase a whole box. I practically ate all the sugar-free jello, candies and some cashew nuts just to take my mind off breaking this diet. It was hard, I tell you. But I’m here now and I plan to finish this 14-day plan. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
