I’ve been looking for a furniture maker for the past two weeks. I found one last Friday as I was passing through Xavierville Avenue in Katipunan. The place was busy and I immediately thought that business must be doing good. That was the reason I checked the place and it turned out that the shop was truly busy. Production time is about a month and a half for dining sets and about 3 weeks for a 2-seater sofa. The owner showed me their past works and they were quite impressive. They also do repair works for a well-known antique shop and some furniture pieces for a famous interior designer. Actually, the owner is an interior designer as well.
I showed her some of the pieces that would fit in my small unit and she liked the dining set I chose. It’s a 1950’s style and it would really look good in my new place. Here’s the photo:

It’s stylish and it’s a space-saver. Now, I’m still deciding if I want to stay true with the design and stick with the black leather or change the fabric altogether. What do you think?
Wow tita, that is a great find…
i’d stick with the leather if i were you, it’s more versatile than fabric, in my opinion…
tuloy na tuloy na talaga ha!!! invite mo ko s house-warming mo ha…
p.s. liked the minimalist style of that dining table, napaka space saver.
